Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or rosemary, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (199°C). Toss gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Lightly grease air fryer basket. Add gnocchi in a mostly single layer.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through for even browning.
  • Sprinkle parmesan over gnocchi, shake once, and air fry 2–4 more minutes until deep golden and crispy.
  • Transfer to serving dish, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

No boiling required. Use shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen gnocchi straight from the package.
