Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats (quick, minute, or rolled)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 3 tablespoon vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or container, add oats, chia seeds, and vanilla protein powder (if using).
  • Add in Greek yogurt, milk, almond extract, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Stir to combine.
  • Mix in sprinkles and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Add the lid to the jar and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning, top with extra yogurt or whipped cream if desired and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute plain Greek yogurt for vanilla, but be sure to add honey for sweetness. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for best results. Top with extra yogurt or whipped cream before serving for a festive touch.
